Kristi Olson - Paralegal
Kristi L. Olson is a Certified Legal Assistant for Mark L. Rodgers. She has worked for Mark since May 2000. She completed her Associates Degree in the Legal Administrative Assistant Program in May 2000 from the Northwest Technical College of Bemidji and her Certificate for Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Blackstone Paralegal Studies in March 2003. She completed her certified legal assistant examination in December 2003.
Kristi has lived in Bagley all her life. She graduated from Bagley High School in 1998. She enjoys horseback riding, four-wheeling, working out, and spending time with her family.
Dori Sparby - Legal Assistant
Dori graduated from Meservey-Thornton High School in Thornton, Iowa and Northwest Technical College in Bemidji, Minnesota. She has worked as an assistant to Attorney Mark L. Rodgers and Attorney Jon T. Huseby for the last 3 1/2 years.
Dori's husband Mark is a mortgage consultant at Trust Mortgage in Bemidji. They have three daughters, Taylor age 12, Jordan age 9, and Mackenzie age 6. Her family enjoys traveling, riding horses and working with their many animals on their hobby farm.
Leala Sparks - Paralegal
Leala received her degree in the paralegal program at Waterson Technical College in Oxnard, California in 1993. Leala relocated to Bemidji from California in July of 2004 and has been with attorney Mark Rodgers office since August of 2004. She has worked as a paralegal for the last 8 years and has 13 years of experience in the legal field. She has experience in workers' compensation cases as well as civil litigation on state and federal levels.
Leala is married with 3 children. She enjoys camping, riding dirt bike and snowmobiling with her family.
